Chocolate fix (minus the flab)

Chocolate pudding (so yummy)

1/4 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 an avocado, peeled, chopped
1 scoop chocolate whey isolate
1/2 tablespoon stevia

Blend in the bullet. About 250-300 calories (dependent on whey protein calorie count)
